Vincenza Matranga went to be with the Lord Friday, January 7, 2022. On January 28, 1951, Vincenza was born to the late Antonio Amato and Caterina Manno in Alcamo, Sicily, Italy. At a very young age, she helped run her family's corner store and later helped her dad on the vineyard where they grew grapes for wine and olives for olive oil. She was always proud of her work but most of all she was very proud of her family. She has three beautiful grandchildren whom she loves with all her heart. She had a passion and great talent for cooking and baking, making the most amazing Italian/ Sicilian foods and desserts. Everyone looked forward to enjoying her cooking.
