Teresa "Terry" Bridget Wiborn passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021. She was born October 2, 1943, in Riverdale, New York, the daughter of Thomas and Bridget (Downing) Donohue.
Teresa was a strong personality, with her own flair for fashion. She was extremely proud of her Irish heritage. Her life revolved around her boys and she was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a very outgoing personality and made friends easily. Teresa had a strong Catholic upbringing and had strong beliefs. She was an avid reader and had a very large collection of books. Teresa was quick witted and always had a smile for you!
Teresa spent most of her career at the Upjohn Company, were she retired. She later went to Kalamazoo College where she retired for a second time. Teresa and Bo loved Cancun where they vacationed several times.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Michael "Bo" Wiborn. She is survived by her sons, John (Michelle) Vanderbeek and Stephen Vanderbeek; granddaughter, Myriah jane Vanderbeek; brother, Patrick and spouse, brothers-in-law, Steve (Cindy) Wiborn and Bill (Jean) Wiborn;nephew, Kyle (Amy) Wiborn; great-nephews, Ethan, Aiden, and Camden; and several cousins, aunts and uncles
Private graveside services will be held later in Portage South Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
