Stanley Richard Hall passed away on January 22, 2021 at his home in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was born in 1941 to his beloved parents Richard and Thelma Hall.

Stanley was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School and attended Western Michigan University. He was the grandson of Charles Hall who was the founder of Durametallic Corporation. Stanley was employed by Durametallic Corporation. His hobbies were collecting classic automobiles with a lifelong passion for Corvettes. He and his brother, Rex, spent their summers throughout the midwest racing these automobiles and enjoyed time at the family cottage and boating on Gourdneck Lake. Stanley loved U of M football and spent memorable moments with his parents and brother in the fall at the Big House. He also had a lifelong passion for jazz music and enjoyed attending an occasional concert downtown.

Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Rexford Hall and is survived by his son Ken Hall.

Due to gathering limitations at this time a private service will be held and interment will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made in honor of Stanley to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan for their special care over him, or to the SPCA as Stanley loved his cats.
