Ronald Lee MacEachron

Ronald Lee MacEachron, age 61, passed away September 17, 2021 at his home in Otsego, Michigan. He was born April 1, 1960 in Grand Rapids to the late Ralph Edwin and Marcia Jean (Modd) MacEachron.

Ron will be remembered for his dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He was a smart man and very witty. Ron enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, and listening to old country music. His Christian faith was very important to him; he was a member of Prairie Edge Christian Reformed Church in Portage. Much of his joy in life came from spoiling his granddaughters.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; niece, Amy Lynn MacEachron; great-niece, Jenessa Marie MacEachron; and brother-in-law, Timothy Counterman.

He is survived by his children, Amanda Butler, Matthew MacEachron, and Jessica MacEachron; grandchildren, Anthony and Sean Riley, Corbin Reed, and Hannah and Elise Acklin; great-grandchildren, Mae and Cayson Riley; and siblings, Michael (Sheila) MacEachron, Judith Counterman, Dennis (Sherry) MacEachron, and Becky Stewart.

Cremation has taken place and services to remember Ron's life have been held.
