Louis Clarence Sackett

Louis C. Sackett passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at the age of 75. He was born October 15, 1946, in Galesburg, MI to the late Herbert and Pauline (Newberry) Sackett. Louis was devoted family man and Christian. He worked hard to provide for his family and loved having his grandchildren around. He married his wife of 55 years, Marcia (Ballinger), on July 19, 1966, in Kalamazoo, MI.

Surviving are his loving wife, Marcia; three children, Jamie (David) Herbert, Robin (Rick) Dyksterhouse, Candelyn (Josh) Graber; 14 grandchildren; siblings, Sharon Williams, Thomas Sackett, Stanley Sackett and Mike Sackett. Louis was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wesley and Timothy Sackett.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 3:00pm at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services 3926 S 9th St. Kalamazoo, MI 49009. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
