Kathleyne (Tibbs) Crofoot

January 25, 1928 — October 18, 2020

Passed away Sunday evening, October 18, 2020 with her family by her side. Kathleyne was born January 25, 1928 in Dowagiac, MI the daughter of Harold and Wave (Williamson) Tibbs. She was employed with MESC for several years, where she retired as supervisor. Kathleyne was a member of the Westside Church of Christ and the Sojourner's Group. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, canning, and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husbands, John Brooks and Jack Crofoot; and her brothers, Bruce and Duane Tibbs. She is survived by her children, Richard (Linda) Wadsworth, David Wadsworth, Wendy (James) Larson, Scott (Joni) Brooks; adopted son, Larry Bartlett; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may meet the family from 5-7pm Wednesday, October 21 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial and Cremation Services, 411 E. Centre, Portage, MI 49002. Due to Covid-19, numbers will be restricted in the building, masks are required, and people are asked to social distance. Private family services will be held Thursday with interment following in Mt.
