Age 34, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2019. David was born in Kalamazoo on May 7, 1985, the son of Paul and Carolynne (Matuszewski) Kirklewski. He graduated from Comstock High School and attended Western Michigan University before settling into a career in IT. David is survived by his mother, Carolynne; sister, Leah (Kevin) Rocco; nephews, Tyler, Ryan and Kyle Rocco; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Kirklewski. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 to 11:00 am on Friday, October 11, 2019 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1150 W. Centre Ave. Portage, MI 49024. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Friday following the visitation, with Fr. Mark Vyverman officiating. Burial will take place following the service at Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park.
