Christine Danele (Coffinger) Coffinger

On May 29, 2021 Christine lost her five-year courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Kalamazoo on February 1, 1968. She graduated from Kalamazoo Central and then KVCC with a nursing degree. She practiced nursing for several years prior to her illness.

Christine is survived by her beloved children, Morgan Vinstra and Gavin Vinstra; her father and stepmother Richard and Sue Ann Coffinger; her mother Mary Michaels; her brothers, Noel (Diane) Coffinger, Chad (Shannon) Coffinger, Kip Coffinger; step-brother Kyle (Tracy) Coffinger; many nieces and nephews; her dear friends Julie Londry and Dawn Hardy; and her much loved dogs Sadie and Mollie.

Cremation has taken place. The family will have a private memorial. The family has asked, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
