Tori Sue (Lind) Stewart

Passed away early Sunday morning, October 15, 2023, with family by her side. Tori was born on June 27, 1961, to the late Gerald and Tanny Lind, in Comstock, Michigan. After graduating from high school, Tori went on to study abroad in Germany. After returning to Michigan in her early 20's she had already started a family and began college at WMU. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education, which she used for multiple years as a teacher. She was a hardworking and loving mother to her four children.

Tori was a wonderful friend and always offered a loving and kind word to all that she met.

In 2012 Tori suffered from a massive stroke. She spent years healing and overcoming obstacles while adjusting to a new way of life with many limitations. Despite the difficulties she faced, she was such a positive person. She was kind, thoughtful, loving and always tried to make her friends and loved ones happy.

Tori Stewart is incredibly missed by all her loved ones, friends, and family.

Surviving Tori are her children, Meryl Stewart, Connor Stewart, Jordan Stewart, and Simbel Stewart; grandchildren, Porter Lund, and Hayden Boysen; and brother, Kelly Lind. Preceding her in passing are her parents, and brother, Jed Lind.
