Reginald ‘Reg’ Iervolina passed away Sunday August 18, 2024. Born and raised in Muskegon, he earned his diploma there. Reg was the former owner of KAL-TREK and Kalamazoo Cooling and Heating; a true jack of all trades. Reg could build and fix anything. He loved sailing and motorcycling. Reg and his wife, Susan, took many motorcycle adventures. Sherry and Reg took a special motorcycle trip together to Washington D.C. Reg, Susan and Sherry voyaged to the Upper Peninsula often, the Mackinac Bridge Walks being some of their favorite adventures. Reg was an avid deer hunter who loved his work and his family. He was a Boy Scouts of America leader and will be remembered for his troop's marathon badge achievements. He was always a friend to many in need.
He is survived by his wife Susan (Seilheimer) Iervolina; daughters: Sherry (Tim) Knoper and Gina Lee; grandchildren: Cheyanne (Andrew) Oliver, Jessica (Louie) McElhinney, Amanda Benthin, Taylor Lang and Connor Lang; great-grandchildren: Emma Oliver, Jocelyn McElhinney, Caiden, Brenden, Nolan and Mason Hall; Mother-in-law, Katherine (Rounsavalle) Seilheimer; Sister-in-law, Donna Seilheimer, brother-in-law, Thomas (Nancy) Seilheimer; special nieces and nephews; Michael (Audrey) Seilheimer, David (Jody) Seilheimer, Jim (Carrie) Curry, Franklin (Trenna) Seilheimer, Joe (Nora) Seilheimer-Robinson; great nieces and nephews: Lucas, Henry, Avery, Kendall, Quinn and Oliver Seilheimer, Andrew Curry and Ruby Robinson; special cousins: Dave (Chris) Porter, Ann Seilheimer-Whaley and brother, Dan (Bea) McIlrath and many special friends.
He was predeceased by his mother, Mickie McIlrath; step-father, Ed McIlrath and sister Peggi McIlrath.
A celebration of his life will be held in late October, the date to be announced.
