Michael David Padley

Michael David Padley, age 69, of Kalamazoo passed away September 22, 2023. He was born March 26, 1954 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Donald and Carol (Mock) Padley.

Michael served in the United States Army and earned his Master of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University. Michael enjoyed going to Warren Dunes State Park, and spending time with his family and friends. Michael was also an avid fan of low-budget "bad" movies, all Detroit sports teams, and The Three Stooges.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Carol Padley, and his adored maternal grandfather, Ward Mock.

He is survived by his wife; his children; sister, Cindy Padley; brother-in-law, Dennis Bellville; a niece and two nephews; as well as several close friends.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 11:00am at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta, MI 49012. Those wishing to attend are asked to arrive ten minutes early at 10:50am.
