Lois Irene Kitzmiller-Ulery

Lois Irene Kitzmiller-Ulery passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at the age of 89. She was born on February 1, 1934, to the late Ray and Grace (Noble) Peacock. Lois enjoyed dancing, traveling, doing ceramics and spending time with all her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. One of her greatest joys was fishing and she was affectionately known by the residents of Lake Doster, as “the Lady of the Lake”. They would look to see where she was fishing to find the best spots. But her most important title was “Mother” and “Grandmother”

Surviving her are her husband, Norman Ulery; three children, Elizabeth (Randy) Spedoske, Robert (Sue) Kitzmiller, Michael (Brenda) Kitzmiller; daughter in law, Merry Jane Kitzmiller; 20 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; brother, Norman Peacock; Numerous nieces and nephews; special people in her life, Sharon (Carl) Buck, Pam Holmes, Roger Mason; as well as the supportive community and special friends in Lake Doster. Lois was preceded in death by her first husband, John Kitzmiller; son, John Kitzmiller II; sister, Joyce Cramer; and brothers, Donald, and Charles Peacock.
