Kenneth Charles Eisenberg

Passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024, with his wife by his side. Ken was born on December 13, 1946, in The Bronx, New York, to the late, Sidney and Verna Jean (Barron) Eisenberg. Early in his life, Ken decided to serve his country, and joined the United States Marines. After serving his country proudly, Ken went on to be a horticulturist, and eventually a teacher, as he loved sharing his knowledge with the children. On October 23, 1973, Ken married the love of his life, Valerie (Golde), and spent 50 loving years with her.

Surviving Ken is his Wife, Valerie (Golde) Eisenberg; son, Joel (Maya) Eisenberg; granddaughter, Sara Olson; siblings, Ben Eisenberg, and Deborah Weinograd. Preceding him in passing are his parents and his brother, Danny Eisenberg.

A funeral service will be held at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Burial and Cremation Services, 3926 South 9th Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49009, on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 11am. Immediately following the funeral service, a graveside service will take place at Congregation of Moses Cemetery, 1530 Riverview Drive, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49004.
