June Minnie (Weber) Tipton

Died March 21, 2023. June was born in Buckley, Michigan on May 27, 1941. She was the oldest child of Michael and Ella Mae Weber. She was preceded in death by her first husband James M. Cerka, Sr. (1971), and second husband Harold E. Tipton (2003), and her six siblings Jean, Edward, Julia, Fredrick, Peter, and Joyce. She was a beloved sister, grandmother, and great mother to her son James M. Cerka, Jr, and her stepchildren Linda (Rodger) Vinkenmeir, Peggy Handy, and Harold “Bud” Tipton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. June was a retiree from the State Hospital of Kalamazoo and Portage Public School System. June loved Elvis, flowers, decorating, making treats for holidays, any excuse to throw a party and dress fancy, take a picture, or spend time with her family. Her burial will be at Ft.
