Judy L. Warncke

Surrounded by her loving family, Judy Lee Warncke, 66, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at Rose Arbor in Kalamazoo, MI. She was born January 23, 1957, in Grand Rapids, MI, a daughter of the late Roger and Evelyn (Faulkner) Van Dam.

Judy graduated from Union High School (Grand Rapids, MI), class of 1975.  She continued to pursue and obtain her credentialing in Radiography, with The American College of Radiology & The American Society of Radiologic Technologists, in 1978. Judy spent much of her career working in healthcare and serving others. In September 1983, Judy was united in marriage and soon after started a family.  As a devoted Mother of three, Judy’s children and “grand blessings” were the light of her life. Judy had a passion for cooking, baking, genealogy, and spending time with her beloved family.

Judy is survived by her children, Brad Warncke, Patrick (Elyse) Warncke, and Ginny (Joseph) Westendorp; grandchildren, Maci Westendorp, Avery Warncke, Jack Warncke, Grayson Linihan, and Emma Warncke; brother, Roger (Tammy) Van Dam; sister, Kathy (Tom) Muth; and several nieces and nephews.

With deep appreciation, the family wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of love, concern and kindness shown to them during this time of bereavement.
