Jo Ann Rose Davis

Passed away Friday, March 31, 2023, surrounded by family. Jo Ann was born on February 6, 1933, to Lyle and Rosella (Sherwood) Sprague in Allegan, Michigan. She graduated from Plainwell High School in 1950. As the mother of four, she returned to school, earning her LPN and RN. She and her mother were the founders of Cunningham Nursing Home in 1966. During the early 1990’s, she opened several adult foster care homes in the area, two of which remain in operation today.

Jo Ann is survived by her children, Lyle Ann Mann, Pamela Tanner; 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Preceding her in passing are her parents, and her children, Daniel Cunningham, and Reba Jane Snyder.
