Jill E. Dykehouse

Jill Ellen Dykehouse, age 75, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024. She was born in Kalamazoo, MI to the late Garrett and Mary (Frederick) Dykehouse on October 20, 1948. Jill was a lifelong Kalamazoo resident and a graduate of Loy Norrix High School. She attended Michigan State University as well as Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Jill worked throughout the years in various administrative roles for Western Michigan University, the Upjohn Company and the Kalamazoo Community Foundation.

She is survived by her sister, Gail Drayton; brothers, Rod Dykehouse and Bruce (Cheryl) Dykehouse; nephew, Matt (Kelly) Richmond; niece, Jennifer (Andy) Merriman; great nieces, Lauren, Marley, Sidney and Stella; as well as many cousins and terrific friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 8th beginning at 11:00 am at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services 3926 S 9th St Kalamazoo, MI 49009, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. A luncheon will follow in the Langeland Reception Area. Those desiring may make memorial contributions in Jill’s memory, to the charity of their choice.
