Gladys Lynn Roebuck

Gladys Lynn “Nickie” Roebuck of Portage, Michigan, passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 48. She was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on January 21, 1975, to Arthur Berger and Sally Shadley. On September 24, 2023, Nickie married Lonnie Dwire.

Nickie was a strong, hardworking woman. She served as a manager at Old Country Buffet and a Supervisor at Midwest Fasteners. Nickie was fun to be around. She loved kids, animals, bird watching, sunbathing, watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with family. Nickie was a caring, wonderful mother, and a loving wife who will be dearly missed, but she will live on through her family.

Nickie is survived by her husband; children, Elsie, Austin, and Emma Roebuck; siblings, Mary Christman and Lora Wood; and father, Arthur Berger.

Nickie was preceded in death by her mother, Sally, and her stepfather, Kenneth Whitt.
