Edwin "Edd" Price, Jr.

Edwin “Edd” W. Price, Jr. passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the age of 85. He was born in Jackson, MI to the late Edwin W., Sr. and Belle (Grinell) Price on April 1, 1938. Edd was a materials handler for Eckrich where he was employed for over 36 years. He enjoyed gardening, baking and loved cats- his favorites were Molly and Jodi.
He is survived by his brother, John Price; nephews, Matthew and Timothy Price; cousins, Jean Finley, Charla (Steve) Wells, Michael (Cathy) Finley, Charles Finley and Stacey (Joel) Reinoehl. Edd was preceded in death by his siblings, Jim Price, Jack Price, Jeannine Lehman, Jerry Price and Joe Price; foster mother, Mildred Allen; foster aunt, Lorain Finley.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 29th at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services 3926 S 9th St Kalamazoo, MI 49009 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Following the visitation, there will be a graveside service at 1:00 pm at Mount Ever Rest Memorial Park South. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kalamazoo Area Chrisitan Retirement Association 2920 Crystal Lane Kalamazoo, MI 49009, in memory of Edwin.
