Donald C. Kelley

Donald C. Kelley, age 81 of Kalamazoo, died on May 30, 2023. He was born on July 31, 1941, in Bloomington, Illinois, the son of Clifford and Helen (Weedman) Kelley. He was one of seven children growing up in the small town of Farmer City, Illinois.

On November 12, 1965, Don married the love of his life Dianne Warren. They moved to Michigan in 1972. Don had a long career with Wolohan Lumber Company. Don and Dianne shared 57 beautiful years of married life making memories. They were blessed with one son, Kevin, who they sadly lost in 2022. They are blessed with a granddaughter Ashley Nelson and great-granddaughter Layla Nelson, three brothers, a sister, and many nieces and nephews.

Don loved the outdoors and all that Michigan had to offer with fishing, hunting, and nature walks.

A public graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023, at 12:00 Noon, at McCord Cemetery in Fullerton, Illinois.
