Christine Anne Folck

Christine Anne Folck, age 54, of Kalamazoo passed away October 27, 2022. She was born January 26, 1968 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin to Robert and Carol (Coster) Folck.

Christine was a graduate of Loy Norrix High School and Western Michigan University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts as well as her teaching certification. She was dedicated to art and art education. She served numerous schools during her teaching career, and most recently, Kalamazoo Public Schools. Christine was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church.

Christine is survived by her loving family: parents, Robert and Carol Folck; brother, Matthew Folck; sister, Sarah (Michael) Kamphuis and their daughters, Sadie and Norah; brother, Michael (Allise) Folck, their daughter, Madalyn, and son, Chandler; two aunts; an uncle; and several cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 5 at 11:00am at Zion Lutheran Church, 2122 Bronson Blvd, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. A luncheon and fellowship will follow. Christine’s family will greet guests at the church beginning at 10:00am.
