Ashley Nicole (Tinney) Latora passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 31. She was born in Kalamazoo, MI on October 2, 1992, to Timothy Tinney and Cindy (Bradshaw) Tinney. Ashley was a 2010 graduate of Loy Norrix High School and attended KVCC as well as Western Michigan University. She was employed with Mega Bev as an administrative manager for the last 10 years, a job she very much enjoyed. Ashley loved to line dance to country music, especially at Cowboy Up. She was a proud cheer mom, enjoyed volunteering where she could, and was always there for anyone that needed her. She was a kind and encouraging spirit, who left an impact on everyone she met. Ashley was united in marriage to Daniel “Richie” Latora on December 1, 2017.

Ashley is survived by her loving husband Richie; daughter, Emilia Latora; mother, Cindy Tinney; father, Timothy Tinney; sisters, Jennifer Case and Chelsea Tinney; niece, Ariana “Gracie” Balsley; grandmother, Sandra Ormanovich; cousin, Kaitlyn (Kaitlyn) Debusk; brother-in-law, Matt Latora; and sister-in-law Tonia Latora. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Francis McKinney and Ralph Waldo Eagle, Jr.; as well as her in-laws, Daniel and Maureen Latora.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 2:30 pm at Lighthouse Community Church 4321 S 11th St. Kalamazoo, MI 49009. Memorial contributions in memory of Ashley, may be made to the Ashley Latora Benefit Page.
