Lindsey received The Crystal Heart Award and a gift card to be used for whatever she would like.
Lindsey was nurse in charge of my Aunt – She went above and beyond to help us. Because of Lindsey and her group I was able to keep my Aunt at home (as I promised her) until she passed. Could not have done that without Great Lake, Lindsey and the other girls.
