I would like to nominate Julie Ferguson BSN RN, She is the director for Compassus Hospice, Not only is she the director she has been doing visits as an RN and taking on call at nights and working the weekends when times are tough and we have staffing issues. Julie goes above and beyond her job description to help everyone on her team.
