Kelly brought joy back to Moms life. Louise Kleckner was well cared for by the staff at Fountains/Gardens, I visited often at least three times a week. It would seem that we had done everything we could do for Mom. In December 0f 2022 Moms primary physician suggested and referred us to Centrica. Kelly entered our lives and it was the best decision we could have made. Kelly helped me find the best paths for Moms care. She brought in a team that helped the staff at Gardens enhance Moms final months. Most importantly I was comfortable and confident that they were helping me make the best decisions for Mom so my role became one of loving daughter rather than worried caretaker. Mom loved the visits with Kelly, their interactions were a delight to witness. Mom glowed and perked up when Kelly arrived for her weekly scheduled visit, this was more than a nurse checking vitals, they had a great relationship. Kelly often looked in on Mom throughout the week, whenever she was at Fountains to see another client she would check in to say Hi and monitor Moms mood. I cannot say enough about Kelly. She brought Mom out of the gloomy days and laughed with her on days when Mom was exhibiting her highjinks. The support as Mom reached the end of her dementia journey was outstanding. We truly felt she was part of team Louise.
