Holly spent several hours with a mother losing her child after she had been sole caregiver for all 30+ years of his life. His mother said Holly didn't tell her what she wanted to hear but told her what she needed to hear. Even though there were equipment failures Holly was able to improvise and keep this young man comfortable till the end.
