Of Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away Tuesday July 14, 2009. Stella was born February 13, 1934, in Sparta, Greece, the daughter of Nick and Joanna Kobacus Argiropoulos. She has been a Kalamazoo area resident the past 36 years and was employed for many years as a nursing assistant at a Galesburg Nursing Home. The past several years she has been active with her Skyrise Community activities. Surviving are her children, Bernice Michael Barron and their son Nicholas, Ronald Zimmerman, Jr., Lisa Ned Watson, Julie Kascel and family, and Steve Miller and family. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10:30am Saturday, September 5 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in St. Charles, IL 630-377-2797. Memorials in Stella's memory may be directed to the American Lung Assn. or the American Diabetes Assn. Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S.
