Gobles, MI Passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at his home, following a lengthy illness. Reidus was born March 22, 1946 in Madison County, AL, the son of George and Ruby Worsham Tielking and had lived in Van Buren County for many years. He served his country in the United States Army and was employed in retail sales. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and he loved spending time with his family. Reidus is survived by his wife of 43 years, Dorothy Fish; their daughter, Debbie Tom Meisch of Kalamazoo; their son, George "Kenny" Tielking of Wayland; grandchildren, Cherokee Meisch and James Meisch of Kalamazoo; brothers and sisters, Lloyd Tielking of Hazelgreen, AL, Dorothy Picarella of Hendersonville, TN, Doris Davis of Toney, AL and Acie Tielking of Hazelgreen, AL; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. with Pastor Buddy Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Almena Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
