Rafael Villanueva

VILLANUEVA, Rafael Kalamazoo Passed away Sunday, January 21, 2007, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Rafael was born March 16, 1966 to Isabello and Maria-Feleix Galvan Villanueva in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. His mother survives. He married Rachel Salazar, February 14, 1997, in Kalamazoo. She survives. Rafael was a member of the Iglesia Evangelica Misionera. As a spiritual man, he loved his Lord, 1st and foremost. He also was an avid soccer fan and played in many local leagues over the years. He is also survived by his children; Elizabeth L. Villanueva, Tyler Villanueva and Marisa A. Villanueva; step children, Christopher and Amanda Juarez; 2 brothers and one sister. Visitation will take place Friday, February 2, 2007 from 6 ? 8:00pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick, Kalamazoo. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, February 3, 2007, 11:00am at Iglesia Evangelica Misionera Misionera Church, 551 Phelps Ave, Kalamazoo, Reverend Martin Roman, officiating.
