Kalamazoo Marva went to her Heavenly home on Sunday, April 4, 2010. She was born June 20, 1933 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Leo and Margaret Wolfert Goodrich. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Wayne Goodrich. Marva was employed by the Upjohn Company for 35 years and was the recipient of the W. E. Upjohn Award. She is survived by three brothers, Ronald Donna of South Haven, Jack Madelyn of Kalamazoo and Wesley of Paw Paw; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends at the Grace Christian Reformed Church, 1724 Whites Road, beginning at 10:00 AM Wednesday, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Dr. Harry G. Arnold officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Kalamazoo Christian School Association or Grace Christian Reformed Church.
