Kalamazoo Passed away, December 31, 2011 in Kalamazoo. Linda was born October 31, 1952 in Los Angeles, CA, a daughter of Lester L. and Donna J. Claypole Gann. She became a Registered Nurse, her lifelong dream. She loved her work, because it allowed her to do what she did best, care for people. She is survived by her husband, Matthew L. Skupien; her children, Misty Daily and Wendy Daily; her father, Lester Daily; her grandchildren, Kevin, Amara and Marcus; four sisters, Rose Don Johnson, Rebecca Hughes, Nancy Bill Jenkins and Gail Eugene Jenkins; a brother, Bill Evelyn Gann; nieces and nephews; and many loving friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. with Mr. Don Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Lawton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, beginning at 12:00 Noon until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan or Loaves and Fishes.
