Larry Arndt

ARNDT, Larry Portage Passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2007. He was born December 25, 1940 in Kalamazoo, the son of Lawrence Donald and Margaret Rosenbaum Arndt and had lived in Kalamazoo for several years. He served his country in the US Army during the Viet Nam Conflict and worked for Peterson Spring Company for 30 years. In his spare time he raised Australian birds and was a movie collector. Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Arndt in 2002 and his parents. He is survived by his sons, Lawrence Arndt and J. L. Murphy, both of Portage; a daughter, Cheryl Becker of MO; and 3 grandchildren. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
