Vicksburg, MI Passed away Friday evening May 22, 2009 at Bronson Hospital after a short illness. Kirk was born January 28, 1938 in Dowagiac, Michigan a son of Victor and Madaline Phillips. He retired from General Motors after 33 years of employment. Surviving are his wife, Donita; four children, Todd, Lisa, Robin, and Jennifer; and 6 grandchildren. Private services and burial will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to the West Michigan Cancer Center or the Michigan Heart Fund.
