Jane Bachman

BACHMAN, JANE Age 91, Of Coloma Jane passed away on December 31, 2009 at Rose Arbor Hospice residence in Kalamazoo. She was born on March 20, 1918 in Berrien County, the daughter of Frederick and Clara Beveridge. Jane graduated from Coloma High School and was united in marriage to Bernard Bachman in 1937. They farmed west of Coloma and at their residence south of town. Fruit and vegetables included tree fruit of several varieties as well as truck crops. Jane was preceded in death in 1999 by Bernard. Surviving are their children, Judy Gaspar of Kalamazoo and Bruce Beverly Bachman of Coloma. Also surviving are four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Cremation has occurred. A private graveside ceremony will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be directed to Rose Arbor Hospice Residence.
