WATSON, Clarence
Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away July 6, 2008 at Rose Arbor Hospice Care in Kalamazoo. He was born October 25, 1931 to the late George and Amanda Terry Watson. Clarence was united in marriage to Rivers Richardson on June 9, 1952 in Grenada, MS, who survives. He proudly served in the U.S. Army from January of 1952 until honorably discharged in October of 1953. He was attached with the 15th Medical Battalion. Also surviving Clarence are his children, Dennis Watson of Ft. Worth, TX, Vickie Tim Crawford of Kalamazoo, Linda Mark Harrison of Chicago, Clarence Jr. Sherlon Watson of Arlington, TX, Erwin Zina Watson of Ft. Worth, TX and Phyllis Watson of Kalamazoo; brothers, Ulish Annette Watson, Vernon Delores Watson, Cephas Rose Watson, Nelson Dorothy Watson; sisters, Mary Alice Watson, Fozzie Sanders, Rebia Kimble and Bertha Baker; sister-in-law, Hattie Watson; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also preceding him in death were, brothers, Jessie Mary Watson, George Watson Jr.; and sister, Deborah Watson. Visitation will be Thursday, July 10th from 4:00 - 7:00 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St., Kalamazoo. Funeral Services will be held at the Memorial Chapel on Friday, 9:15AM., interment will follow at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. www.langelands.com 343-1508
