Of Kalamazoo Passed away Tuesday morning, May 25, 2010. Barbara was born March 27, 1932 in Portage the daughter of Nathan and Katherine DeLoof Swander. On October 21, 1950 she was united in marriage to her loving husband of 59 years, Robert Dunn, who survives. Barbara attended the Valley View Bible Church, and enjoyed baking, and traveling to antique car shows with her husband Robert. Surviving along with her husband are 5 children, Ken Karen Dunn, Diane Ron German, Paul Marcy Dunn, Gordon Valerie Dunn, David Vicki Dunn; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda; and 2 brothers, Jake and Don Swander. Services will be held at 2:00 o'clock Friday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street with Pastor Marvin Followell officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Friends may meet the family Friday from 1-2:00 prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Kairos Dwelling. www.langelands.com
