Sally, after a valiant four year battle with ovarian cancer, was reunited in glory with her Mom, Dad and brother on Friday afternoon, April 13, 2018. Sally was born on November 16, 1945, in Lockport, New York the daughter of the late James and Evelyn (Daigler) Fritton. On May 13, 1967, she was united in marriage to Gary Pardo. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years until her retirement. Sally enjoyed gardening, camping, knitting and her grandchildren especially. Surviving are the love of her life and caregiver, Gary Pardo; their 4 children: James (Tamara) Pardo of Darien, Connecticut, Anne (Randy) Betts of Kalamazoo, Rose (Dan) Eisenberg of Chicago, and Gary (Linda) Pardo of Kalamazoo; 12 grandchildren: Taryn and Alex Pardo; Grayson, Haley, Teigen and Rylan Betts; Elena and Rachel Eisenberg; Caden, Layla, Olive and Redding Pardo; brother: John (Carol) Fritton and sister-in-law: Elva Fritton. Preceding her in death was her brother: James Fritton. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM on Wednesday, April 18, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th Street. A funeral service to celebrate Sally's life will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 19, at Radiant Church, 8157 E. DE Avenue, Richland. Pastor Lee M. Cummings will officiate. Private interment will be in West Cooper Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to West Michigan Cancer Center or Radiant Church.
